David Sun directs and choreographs for his group, SundanceX, since 2012. He has been teaching extensively throughout the Northeast since 1989, including at Boston Ballet, Boston College, Boston University, and Harvard University, and continues to teach at numerous schools in Greater Boston, including at Southern New Hampshire Dance Theatre. He performed with many regional groups in the region, as well as with the Houston Grand Opera, and is also an accomplished dance and former fashion photographer.
For the Collaborative, Mr.Sun will produced a new ensemble composition, Solaris, and presented a glimpse into his creative process for Dancing in a Time of Stillness.
